Muhammad Aimal Khan
Founder
Aimal Khan, the founder of Zameen Inspections, holds an MBA from COMSATS Islamabad and brings over 8 years of corporate sector experience. During his career, he identified a major gap in Pakistan’s housing market — the lack of professional and unbiased property inspection services.
With a vision to protect buyers, tenants, and sellers, he established Zameen Inspections as Pakistan’s first dedicated, technology-driven inspection company. His goal is to empower clients with clear, professional, and transparent reports, enabling them to make informed property decisions with confidence.
Mamoon Riaz (PhD, Structural Engineering)
Chief Engineer Officer
Dr. Mamoon Riaz earned his PhD in Structural Engineering from China and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Structural Engineering at the International Islamic University Islamabad (IIUI). He is a PEC-certified engineer with over 8 years of professional experience in the field of structural design, analysis, and inspection.
At Zameen Inspections, he leads the Engineering Department, ensuring that every inspection is conducted with the highest standards of accuracy, safety, and technical expertise. His strong academic background and practical experience bring unmatched credibility and reliability to our inspection services.
Hafiz Muhammad Jamshed
Head of Home Inspections
Muhammad Jamshed leads a team of skilled inspectors dedicated to delivering thorough, unbiased, and professional property evaluations. With extensive hands-on experience in residential and commercial inspections, he ensures that every detail — from finishing, electrical, plumbing, and woodwork to HVAC systems, moisture and asbestos detection — is carefully assessed.
His deep technical knowledge and leadership guarantee that clients receive comprehensive reports with clear insights and practical recommendations.
